Withdrawal policy for consumers

Right of withdrawal:

You may withdraw your contract within two weeks without stating any reason in text form (e.g. by letter, fax, email) or - if the goods were surrendered before expiry of the term - by returning the goods. The term will start after receipt of these instructions in text form, in the case of delivery of goods however not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods not before the receipt of the first partial delivery). In the case of the rendering of services, not before the conclusion of the contract, and not before fulfilment of the obligation to inform according to § 312c sect. 2 BGB in connection with § 1 sect. 1,2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our obligations according to § 312e sect. 1 clause 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV. In order not to exceed the period of withdrawal, sending the withdrawal or the goods in a timely manner will be sufficient. Please submit the withdrawal to:

Consequences of withdrawal

In the case of an effective withdrawal, the goods you received must be returned and possibly gained benefits (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you cannot return the goods in part or full, or only in a deteriorated state, you are obligated to value replacement. For the transfer of goods, this does not apply, if the deterioration of the goods was exclusively caused by their inspection - as it would have been possible at the store. For the rest you can avoid the obligation for value replacement for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the item, by not using the item as your property and by refraining from anything that might influence its value. Goods suitable for delivery by parcel service must be returned at our expenses and at our risk. Goods not suitable for delivery by parcel service will be picked up at your place. Obligations for refunding payments must be met within 30 days. For you the term will start with sending your declaration of withdrawal or the goods, for us with their receipt.
